How do i order a fitness equipment hire?

You can book your fitness equipment hire online 24 hours a day 7 days a week! No payment is required at the time of booking as we take payment on delivery by debit\credit card or cash. Simply fill in your details, choose a convenient delivery date and press submit. Once your booking have been received we will contact you to confirm your booking, delivery date and delivery charge dependent upon your location. Alternatively you can call our Freephone 0800 120 1275 telephone number to book your fitness machine hire or for advice on any aspects of our service. Our telephone lines are staffed from 9am to 9pm - 7 days a week. You can also use our Contact Us page to make an enquiry or ask any specific questions.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Coco Fitness cover a large delivery area including the following areas: South Yorkshire, East, West and North Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and North East Lincolnshire. We cover all the major towns and cities including: Barnsley, Bradford, Bury, Castleford, Chesterfield, Derby, Dewsbury, Doncaster, Grimsby, Halifax, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Hull, Leeds, Manchester, Mansfield, Nottingham, Oldham, Pontefract, Rochdale, Rotherham, Scunthorpe, Selby, Sheffield, Stockport, Wakefield, Wetherby, Worksop & York. We also cover all the surrounding villages of the above areas.

What is your delivery charge?

Our current delivery charges are as follows:

We deliver our fitness equipment 6 days a week and can arrange delivery during the day or evening. Once the fitness equipment has been booked we will give you a specific day and time slot for the delivery. Our delivery drivers will also text you approximately 30 minutes prior to delivery to confirm.

Can i book a fitness hire at short notice?

We can normally delivery our fitness equipment within 24-48 hours to our specific delivery areas. However it is advised you book in advance in order to obtain the particular item of fitness equipment you require. You can make an advance booking to ensure a specific delivery date by calling our Freephone 0800 170 1275 telephone number or to check current availability.

What do you require from me in order to hire the equipment?

To hire fitness equipment from Coco Fitness you must be over the age of 18. If you are under the age of 25 our delivery drivers will ask you to provide photo identification. Proof of photo identification can either be in the form of a driving licence or passport. We also require you to be living at the specific delivery address and may ask for proof in the form of something with your name and address - such as a utility bill. We would also require your mobile telephone number in order to contact you prior to delivery and collection.

How do i pay for my fitness equipment hire?

You can pay either by debit\credit card, cash or bank transfer. We accept debit\credit card or cash on delivery or by bank transfers prior to delivery. We accept most types of debit or credit cards.

Do you supply instructions on how to use the equipment?

Yes full user instructions are included with each different type of fitness equipment. Our delivery driver will install the fitness equipment in your home and give you instructions on how to use the equipment. An instruction manual will be left with you to refer to if necessary.

Can the equipment be set up upstairs or downstairs?

Most of our fitness equipment can be installed either in an upstairs or downstairs room. As long as there is sufficient room we can normally install our fitness equipment hire models in virtually any indoor room, including bedrooms, conservatories and garages. Certain pieces of fitness equipment can only be installed in a ground floor location - such as treadmills and vibration plates. Our delivery drivers will endeavour to accommodate your specific requirements.

How much space do I need in order to use the equipment?

What should i wear when using the fitness equipment?

When using one of our fitness equipment models it is always best to wear clothing that allows you to move freely. In short the standard gym clothing that keeps you cool while allowing your body to breathe! You are going to sweat so you will be a lot more comfortable wearing clothing that soaks up any moisture. It is better to wear synthetic clothing such as lycra as cotton tends to be less comfortable and tends to stay wet longer. Also make sure you wear comfortable trainers that have cushioned soles.

What if i want to extend the hire period?

If you would like to extend the hire of your fitness equipment, then we would greatly appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible before the collection date. Our fitness equipment is very popular and we have limited availabilty and an indication that you wish to extend the fitness equipment hire period would help us avoid disappointing any future hire customers.

What happens if the fitness equipment should develop a fault?

All our fitness equipment is fully checked and tested prior to delivery so it would be very rare for one of our fitness models to develop a fault. You can rest assured that if anything should go wrong our delivery team will aim to rectify any faulty within 24 hours or supply you with a replacement model.
