The Pro 10 works in exactly the same way as the vibration plates found in high-end gyms throughout the UK. It vibrates in three directions, simultaneously, at high speed. This allows users to operate the plate through a huge power range with the “buzzing” vibration creating the perfect platform for serious training. It is a very different movement to the “see-saw” motion traditionally found on oscillation plates.The Pro-10 Tri-Plane Vibration Plate contains all the features and settings you would find in the gym. Hz refers to the number of times the plate moves per second and the Pro-10 Vibration Plate has an industry leading range of 30-50hz. This Hz range makes the Pro-10 Vibration Plate great for both new and experienced users. Advanced workouts are possible thanks to the high intensity vibrations. Our uniformed staff deliver the state of the art Pro 10 Vibration Plate directly to your home at a time and day to suit you. Our staff will also install the Pro 10 Vibration Plate on site, provide you with a demonstration, answer any specific questions and leave full user instructions. IMPORTANT NOTE: The Vibration Plate can only be delivered and installed into a ground floor garage with good access.

No payment is required at the time of booking as we take payment on delivery by debit card or credit card. Initially you only pay for the first 4 weeks hire and the delivery charge. Subsequent hire periods (over 4 weeks) will be charged every 4 weeks to your credit card or debit card until the end of the hire period. Simply fill in your details, choose a convenient delivery date and press submit. Once your booking have been received we will contact you to confirm your booking, delivery date and delivery charge dependent upon your location.

A delivery and collection charge is applicable on all fitness equipment rentals.
This charge is based upon your location from our store and the duration of hire.
We aim to only cover the cost of transporting and collecting the fitness equipment from your location.
Once a booking has been received we will inform you of the exact delivery and collection charge applicable prior to any payment being made.
